The relationship between immigration policy and food policy was the focus of a series of talks given by Jennifer Parker, an associate professor of sociology at Penn State Lehigh Valley, during a recent lectureship at the University of Zagreb in Croatia, in the Department of Political Science and the Department of Strategic Communication. Parker and her research were also featured in Croatia’s primary newspaper.

Supply chain and information systems student Kriday Sharma said he got the well-rounded experience he was looking for when he began his college career at Penn State Lehigh Valley. Part of the 2+2 program, he moved to University Park in the fall. His experience and interest in the field led to securing a co-op position with Johnson & Johnson this semester.
